Just make sure that you get him to refund the ORIGINAL transaction (if it was Paypal), and ensure that you get every single cent back from him. It doesn't take more than 2 minutes to do. I wouldn't allow him to drag it on at all. If he does this scam enough times... stealing ~4 bucks off...
