I have the exact same CPU and overclock. E6600 at 3.0Ghz on stock voltage with a Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme using a Scythe S-FLEX 1600rpm fan. I idle at 24C and during a Orthos Small FFT load it never goes over 44C, ambient is around 22-23C.
