ABSOLUTELY go with 16 GB of RAM, 8 is bare minimum. At least buy 8 now and make the next 8 your FIRST upgrade.

It all looks good to me! :) Yes, that SSD will speed up booting and game loading times. I put my OS and only the few games that I am currently playing and the rest goes on the HD. Good luck!
