    I play 1080p on my son's HTPC with a Nvidia 7300GT OCed to 7600 speeds, It seems to work fine but the absolute minimum for Cuda acceleration would be a 8400. Tha's the llowest card you can get with physx/cuda. I use CoreAVC for my h.264 filesand while the 8400GS can play 1080P fine without it...

    What are you using to check your temps? You might have to adjust your tjmax. My q6600 G0 is set to 90 and my idle temps are in the mid 30's @1.425v.

    The MozartTx is great, yeah that is a TT Tower 112, but it's tiny compared to the Tuniq Tower 120 I installed the other day.
