    depend on the ram, if you have safe OC margin, let say 1600Mhz DDR3 that goes on >1750 with 2x sticks, than you are fine, 4x stick should run 1600Mhz no problem, just OC is degrade... atm i have 4x 2gb 1600Mhz no problem at stock speed/voltage
