I hit update before reading the text, because why wouldn't I update an app I commonly use? How about a button to 'cancel' updates before they're finalized?
The update did log me out, but didn't wipe my books, so that's good.
I *love* the original Level 10 in metal, but the cheaper variants don't thrill me. Mainly what I dislike is the pseudo-seperate drive and component areas, where in the original they were isolated compartments. Anxiously waiting for the original to come back this year.
Stuck with the case and picked up the Asus Rampage IV Extreme. Build went very smoothly and am super happy with my new box. Thanks for the input, everyone.
You're right, it's 100% my fault for not seeing that it was an XL-ATX board. And I do realize that any x79 board with 8 slots will hold 64gb, I was just bemoaning the selection on newegg. Asus and Gigabyte are both getting some pretty bad reviews there and the Intel board only has 7.

Well it's been probably 5 years since I built a new system, so I decided it was time. After dropping about $3500 on newegg I got everything home and finally started my build yesterday. Only...the MSI motherboard I picked doesn't fit in my case, a Corsair Graphite 600T. The mobo is long...
Meticulously informative, yes. Hilarious? Eh...
It did convice me to give Chrome a test drive though, so effective nonetheless. Plus I dig Scott McCloud's work.
People's IQ is on a bell curve...so the majority of folks aren't all that smart. I work at a University and I have a drawer full of usb drives that I find in the classroom, plugged into podium computers, and just on the floor. Not to mention all of the sunglasses, hoodies, and assorted flotsam...
I'm not sure if this should be here or in Network & Security, but here goes. I had one of the graduate students ask me about this in regards to keeping tabs on what his kids are doing online. He was looking for keylogger software, but I also suggested screencap type monitoring. Does anybody...
