Can you cut any kind of hole that looks OK in side ?
If so look in the phone book for a Plastic Seller and get a piee of Plexiglas cut 2" bigger than hole and use clear silicon caulk from HD as your glue to glue the window in place..

I just seen a case they used these big pop rivits and looked like hell...
No.6 or No.4 screws would be my choice...
I worked metal all my life just about, best way to lap is a figuer eight..
Get some 1200 paper to get the mirror finish but make sure you have an even finish before you move up..

When I got my HS I was glade I lapped it as it had a hollow in the center.......
The Aritic Cooling Fans are really nice price from NE and others....
I have been into fans for some time and have my share of load fans and hate them...
The AC fans are quality and cheap..
If you want the fans to blow in make sure you get the standard style as the open cage models only blow...

I agree Calvin has gotten old for me to as I used him on a case before..
I wanted to use Sonic The Hedgehog but I am not atrist enough to edit an image to a line drawing and when with the art work I had..
I think Sonic would have been a much better choice :)
