    I can say from personal experience that you can run out of VRAM /w Skyrim and only 2GB. I hit that brick wall with 10-12 texture mods installed. A 4GB card is a godsend to a hardcore Skyrim player.

    Xbox only does 720p so I'm willing to bet that the cutscenes in DX:HR are overly compressed 720p. Personally I hate rendered cutscenes at any resolution as I feel they kill immersion. If you cannot do it in the engine don't do it at all.

    Diablo 3 to Consoles

    Doing so will be quite a feat. The game is online only like an MMO; your copy of the game is just a client app and the bulk of what happens is server side. Changing the game in any meaningful way is impossible without effectively writing your own server. You won't see any D3 mods.
