I would try running the included fans at 5V. That is what I did for my 3U case. I however had issues with HDD temperatures afterwards and ended up scrapping the build and going to a quieter chassis.
Still worth trying as it costs nothing. Just see what kind of temperatures you get.
I do this at home although it is off of a Linux server. I use gPXE and dhcp server to get 3 clients network booting off of one SSD on the server. Good way to increase the performance without buying so many SSDs.
