Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Yes, they did for sometime. I was looking for 900 series as i didnt know about the actual release date. Both 12g xp and 20g linux ones were listed at $549 IRC. But they were just the white ones and listed as out of stock.
Well, I read all these while looking for lcds. For me (in India) I didnt have almost any choice other than the 3008wfp which sells for $2000+ for an IPS panel. And no way I can afford that.
All I needed was two monitors that I can use while I work on lot of windows. Nothing graphic intensive...
As the title says, im confused on which one to get.
I know both are TN panels and TNs suck. I live in India and this is one of the best thats available in the market that I can afford.
228WFP is the entry level 22" display
and Ultrasharp 2208WFP has some truecolor thing from dell(not sure if...
If your mobo is 1333 enabled, the first gen 45nm ones which run @ 1333mhz should be compatible (Provided mobo manufacturer, Asus in your case releases bios updates ).
Im expecting that only high end mobos will get the new bios update as they also have to think about sales ;). But if they...
It would have helped if you had given a budget. With little to shoot at I will try as much to stick to my nick ;).
Processor: I would assume you would also want to try some 64bit guest OS, so the primary thing would be a processor with VT enabled. I just learnt today that my P4 3ghz wont run...
  Im scared now. I live in India and planning on getting a Q6600. Maybe I should give some serious thought about temps before pulling the trigger. My room temps vary from ~68-100F
I had posted this earlier, but I think it was lost due to [H]'s database rollback.
I had planned for E6600 and got a Hiper 580watt PSU. I kept delaying the cpu purchase as have a standby P4. Now I can reach for Q6600 once the prices come down. The question is, Is this PSU good enough for...
I like wxwidgets. but if you want all the eyecandy, drag & drop GUI building kind of things then it might not be the one for you. I have an application built on it and planning on a second one by end of this year.
google the sku with micron, you will come up with similar links too. But only closest thing I have found is, other EL series modules are Elpida ones. Most probably they are, but cant be confirmed untill someone opens up the heatsink.
^^ Yes seems to be elpida.
