Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
I have to wear reading glasses at the computer, and the Nvidia 3D glasses fit well over them. The problem might be if you wear a headset, then the ear cups won't fit flush against your ears. But that's not an issue for me.
Actually, laptops are now becoming 16:9 as well. Take a look at the newer "HD" laptops.
It wasn't for me. I went from a Dell 24" LCD to an Alienware AW2310 with no issue. ;) Width is almost the same, but with less height.
As long as your CPU speed is not bottle-necking the GPUs, you should indeed be able to get 60 FPS with most games in 3D Vision Surround. Perhaps not with DX11 and very high settings though.
I guess we'll agree to disagree here. I'm hooked on 3D gaming, and everyone I've shown it to wants it...
You may be waiting a while, for the Asus PG276 at least. Meanwhile I'm really liking the Alienware AW2310. If a 3D 27" comes out, I'll get that and sell the 23". But I'm definately enjoying 3D gaming on this lowly 23"er now! :D
