    Talking about the screws... I m using the hand screw for the side panel, it is the same like the screws V350 using for the removable tray. But I can only get the silver one, so what I need to do is to paint them into black, think about it.:D

    Yes, If the face of V350 just like the V300, with lots of holes on it, I think that will be best way. I am planning to replace the TR SI128 with Mini Ninja, for there is almost no room between the fan(12025 Fan) above SI128 and the PSU, I think that's why the heatsink cannot get enough cold air...

    I'm using this card, and I dont think the problem is the driver or the temp, to be honest, idles at 40C is pretty good, mine idles at 60C, load at 80C, runs good just a little bit noisy. Finally I turn the heatsink to AC Turbo Twin, now everthing is fine. So I think you should have to RMA it.

    Just replaced, never measured the difference of temp. It's really hot with 30 degree celsius of the room temperature, will up to 45... I cannot imagine it with the ASUS heatsink.
