    MSI 890FXA-GD65 AM3 Motherboard Review @ [H]

Looks like the edge of the north bridge cooler is cut away to clear the 2nd PCIe 1x slot, so I believe only the first would be blocked. Combine this with a full 7 slots, instead of the now more common 6, a single legacy PCI slot, instead of the 2 or 3 found on most motherboards, and a pair of...

    MSI P67A-GD65 LGA1155 Chipset Motherboard Review @ [H]

I'm thinking it's about time to upgrade my P45 (Core 2Duo). From the reviews and previews I've seen so far, the MSI G65 and Gigabyte UD4 both look good. Still waiting to see what ASUS and the rest have in the same price range.

Navy's Prototype Rail Gun Projectile Hits Mach 7

And taking out other ships from ranges far exceeding the targets ability to return fire. Until all naval powers have railguns. At which point something like battleship duels of old would be possible, though at greatly extended ranges.

Google DoubleClick Caught Serving Malicious Ad

And this is why many of your customers block your ads. I have no objection to ads; however, I do object to those ads running JavaScript (because it can be so easily abused by malicious and/or tracking ads). Theoretically noscript allows me to block their scripts without blocking the ads...

Stuxnet: Cyber Missile That Crippled Iran's Nuke Program

There a quite a few countries with a motive and the wherewithal to pull this off: US, UK, Russia, Germany, France, Russia and Isreal. Perhaps India and Pakistan should be added to that list too. Also the Sunni muslem countries close to Iran would be well motivated (according the recent...

Cooler Master GX 650W Power Supply Review @ [H]

Coolmaster make some really nice high end power supplies, like the Real Power Pro 1000 in your linked review. It's sad to see them ruining their reputation with low/mid range products, like the GX650, which are a steaming pile of excrement.

Mid-Century Modern aka Mad Men PC

Nice work! This, and your mission PC, leave me wanting to do something similar myself.

Mid-Century Modern aka Mad Men PC

In answer to the questions you posed on the Core77 site: I like the long legs and the cane. Red oak works for me. I think any of the common hardwoods would work: oak, maple, cherry, walnut, birch, beech, etc.. With the right stain even poplar would work. Not sure about softwoods...

Nice. I like the translucent cover for the motherboard chamber.

    ATI Radeon 5870 2GB 3X2 Eyefinity Gaming Experience @ [H]

    So 3x2 and 2x2 are no good due to centre bezel. Like several others, I'd love to see 5x1 portait mode. 3x1 (24") = 3240x1920 (6,220,800 pixels) 3600x1920 (6,912,000 pixels) 5x1 (24") = 5400x1920 (10,368,000 pixels) 6000x1920 (11,520,000 pixels) 3x1...

    Thermaltake Level 10 Unboxing @ [H]

Ok, so how about attaching the rad mounts to the back/flat side of the case? It'd be one piece, though too heavy to be readily portable.

    Thermaltake Level 10 Unboxing @ [H]

Hmmm. How about mounting radiators (say four quad rads) in stand beside it? I prefere the Edelweiss case too. And for the price of the Level 10, I could probably do a full custom wood & acrylic case.
