Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.

Pretty decent laptop with good specs but cosmetically challenged. Previous owner scratched her name on the lid (who does that?), so I repainted it with black hammertone paint. Looks surprisingly good.
It currently runs with Win 10 installed, and I wouldn't not bother with bringing it back to...
I would look for retired HP or Dell small workstation. Upgrade HD to decent SSD, maybe video card if you have money left, and call it quits. Previous generations"gaming rigs" could actually be a viable solution within your budget as well. But if you are hoping for brand new - it might be tight...
Craigslist! I would try to give it away to someone that could use it before recycling it.
If this stuff could run XP, I bet there is a senior citizen who would embrace it.
