I have a memory gauge on my taskbar and when I have photoshop open, utorrent, trillian and about 40 firefox tabs open it drops to below 100mb which doesn't seem right. I think my OC settings are screwed up and or some settings in windows, does that sound right to you that it would drop that low...

I am leaning towards the 2x2 and Intel build with Vista 64bit to utilize everything. I don't hear the best things about Vista but if xp 64bit is worse then I'd rather just go up to vista and hope its all good.

The intel seems to out perform the AMD, but not by a hugh margin. I did some poking around and found that the intel will OC like a mother and blow the AMD away, is this correct?
