I did some quick research. It seems the game has recouped all its costs and is profitable now. PC sales accounted for only around 17% of total sales. If they wanted to boost PC sales for some extra profits, they could launch it now on Steam, no?

I have an XFX Mercury Radeon RX 9070 XT OC that is 360 mm in length and heavy. It came with an anti-sag bracket. I have not installed it but wondering if I should.

I am pretty sure the most intensive thing he'll be doing on the PC is gaming. Other than that, he'll be running productivity apps like Microsoft Office, remote access to his work PC, etc.
