Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
UPDATE:
So I posted in the ASUS forum and a knowledgeable individual responded:
"Lucid is still working on the compatibility with PCIE 3.0 VGA cards.
Up till then, Lucid Virtu / Virtu MVP will only support up to 5 series from Nvidia and 6 series from AMD."
So I guess my board is fine.
Raja,
I've been troubleshooting the issue I posted here with ASUS support:

But now I'm being told to RMA the board.
This is not something I really want to do because it is such a pain and everything else on the board is...
I opened up a ticket with ASUS support and it's pretty quiet. Quicksync is not working in d-mode with virtu MVP. I have the latest version of the software running and enabled. Monitor is hooked up to my GTX 680. After starting up Media Converter, I notice that quicksync is not an option in...
Just noticed that. Yeah you won't be able to install ESX on RAID drives from the onboard controller.
-SASWT4I controller has two 160GB drives in RAID 1 for ESX
-The other three controllers including the mobo intel are passed through (VM DirectPath) to the Solaris 11 VM
-The Solaris 11 VM...
So I had similar requirements with WHS 2011 & ZFS but I also wanted to consolidate 3 existing PC's so my build has a little more beef but the idea is the same.

So I've been looking at this monitor since last year but its initial price and the issues mentioned in this forum scared me away so I went with a samsung TN LED XL2370. The samsung is great for a TN monitor, but I was looking for something more in terms of color reproduction. So I started...
Hey folks,
Well I went out and bought a Samsung XL2370 to replace a 2002 era Viewsonic MVA display. My first reaction was "Wow, these colors are washed out". I messed around with the settings and I think I can live with it, but I do still notice the color difference and the viewing angles...

I like a lot of you am waiting to for Nvidia's lineup before making a decision, but I can say this is the closest I've been to buying a high end ATI card (most of the time I buy them for...
Actually NVIDIA already stated ATI would be free to use it, but left the development to someone else. Remember, this PhysX version is based on CUDA so CUDA is the key. If they got ATI to work with CUDA, they should be good to go. Who knows about other CUDA apps.
Hey all,
I've been running a Gigabyte X38-DS4 for a couple month now on a Q9450 OCd to 3.44Ghz. I verified my CPU was running at 3.44Ghz (with CPU-Z) several times as I was doing my stress testing. A couple days ago I fired up CPU-Z only to find my CPU was at 2.66Ghz (8x333). So I go into...
