no big deal, and that psu you suggested wouldn't fit in my case without having to move my "front panel" usb/firewire/sound elsewhere. and i really don't want to dish out more money on a new power supply considering i just bought this one a month ago.
so if i were to SLi the 216 with the 192, one of the cards would only effectively use the 192?
EDIT: i'm mostly concerned about my power supply, so i'm wanting to go with a gpu with a smaller die, and there is no news of there being a 55nm GTX260 with 192 cores

beautiful. i'll be able to run one of these babies without having to get a bigger and badder psu. but if it turns out to be crap like the guys say the 9800 GT2 was, then i'll have to see about the 55nm GTX260...but then i might run into a cooling problem.
i'll probably have to wait til we get power consumption comparisons of the GTX260's vs GTX295... hopefully the 295 would use close to 2/3 the consumption of the 65nm GTX260's in SLi.
i'm running an MSI GF GTX260, and it's very nice and the cheapest card on NE. the week after i bought it, the price didn't change and it came with a copy of Rainbow 6 Vegas 2... oh well.

I'm running the MSI Neo4 Platinum (SLI model) but i am using a Thermaltake A1838 cooler. I happened to be lucky because my CPU HSF didn't require a special backplate; it worked with the one already on the mobo.
