    Check in your BIOS, under Advanced, under System Agent (SA) Configuration, under Graphics Configuration, and change from Auto to PCIE. Perhaps when it is set to Auto, it isn't picking up the PCIE graphics card first and trying to output to the iGPU HDMI port on the mobo. Just a thought that...
