    @Iserlohn it looks like we are in the same boat... I have contacted BenQ rather than my reseller, and after reading your post I realy wonder if it is the right choice. BenQ or reseller : one of them is refurbishing , but even if BenQ is the culprit I guess the reseller is aware he is buying...
