Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
The x850xt cooler stinks and is loud as hell. Bite the bullet and mod your case for the AC5rev2, it will be well worth it. If not I have my old 850xt cooler just laying around if you want it.
Huh? Temps are generally lowered 5-10deg under load with this cooler, not to mention how much quieter it runs. Although it just sounds like your card isn't much of racehorse. Instead of doing an RMA just try to return to the retailer and buy a new one.
It's not just a game, it's one of the greatest games of all time
don't you remember those long nights leading Johnny Delgado and his team to the summit
And when you finally reach the top you find out if you have an R360 chip or not.
Yeah, I've noticed this on my board since day one. They run notoriously hot but I remember reading in a review that it's not a major problem. It bothered me so I got one of these but my mammoth Silencer cooler got in the way so I ended up cutting off half of it with a hacksaw, globbing some...
I was going to ask this same question but in regards to OC'ing. I've been messing with these voltages just trying to figure out how they effect my artifact detection and card crashing when trying to max out my core, from what I can tell nothing noticable and my temps stay the same as well...
No probs for me either. Nice load times for the CatCC and I like the new video overlay features . Went from 72,100 to 75,876 in Am3 not much of a change in 3dM'05. Still may go back to the Omega's though.
I posted this in this thread also *** The Official [H]ard ORB *** didn't know if I should post it here too.
