    I'm getting conflicting information on the interwebs and would appreciate some clarification from you all. On the ASRock Z87E-ITX there are 2 fan headers (CPU, CHA), and both are 4 pin. I cannot find sources that agree if they're both PWM, if one is PWM and the other voltage regulated, etc...

    This was the best image I could get. Does it look like that pin is messed up to you? Wish I had a magnifying glass. I wonder what pins correspond to what. It just seems very implausible that the only thing not working is DIMM A. I would think multiple things would be messed up.
