    well so far the hd4850 plays far cry 3 very smooth. installing a directx 10 compatible 3dmark and will report back numbers.

    well i was using gpu meter and it was showing 99% the whole test. but it never throtlled down after the test. it kept at 99% i just installed the other vid card gonna run the test now

    no same thing... installed 13.2 beta 7 and ran 3dmark. still 900 for gpu score. even tried throttling it down and it was even lower. Going to try installing an older hd4850 i have sitting here and see if its the pci slot. I hope not.

    Ok i will try both ideas. Just used driver fusion to remove all traces of past drivers. Will install 13.2 beta now.

    My system specs are AMD Phenom 2 x4 955 at 3.21 8gb ram 64 bit operating system xfx 7950 black edition 900/1375 My 3dmark scores are very low. p1173 graphics score 952 physics score 3982 combined score 3794 My gpu score should be in the 8k range and 10-14k range overclocked...
