    Where to buy acrylic sheets?

For those who might look in this thread for advice, I ended up calling a local art store when looking for acrylic and they put me in contact with a good plastics supplier. Get a quick quote over the phone but go see them in person to get the stuff with cash in hand. Be friendly and with any...

    New Desk

For ultimate neatness you could intergrate a usb hub, headphone/mic jacks, firewire and esata into the desk so those often used perhipials can just be plugged straight into the desk ;-) Also are you sure you will never need draws or a filing cabnet in the future? Having it all intergrated...

Well i guess the question now is does the OP want something practicle or a show pony? I cant really think of anything that needs improving when it comes to functional pc cases. There are plenty of options there. I think you know my answer for latest show pony :-P

Yeah i finally dug out the TSID for the card or whater that code you need to quote to get support. Alas it isn't possible. The most you can read from drive smart information in the adaptec storage manager is if you have a smart error :-( Looks like i am going to need tempreature probes...

    Adaptec 3805 HDD temp monitoring?

Hi, I have just set up the above raid conrtoller and i love it. Right now I am experimenting with cooling configurations and cannot find where the adaptec storage manager lists attached hard drive temps. :( If anyone could point me in the direction of said feature i would be greatly...

poll: who uses IDE and who uses SATA optical drives?

I was attempting my main rigs first set of cable managment in about 12 months on the weekend and the ribbon cable bugged me so much that i went out and bought a pioneer SATA optical drive. :-)
