A friend of mine bought a Dell 3007wfp, when he set the resolution to 1280x800, the 3007wfp display hundreds or thousands of vertical lines. His Acer laptop has a Radeon X1600 which does have a dual-link support. Does anybody know what's going on?

My setting is the screensaver turns on after 10 minutes. The monitor turns off after 30 minutes.

I just got my 3007wfp (have to wait until I get home to hook it up). My current dual 21" Trintron is 4096x1536, now that's a resolution whore. :D

Ahh! Okay. So, either card will work. Still doesn't hurt to have a dual DVI port on the X1950PRO. That just mean I can order another 3007WFP to do dual monitor. :cool: :eek:

I originally ordered a ATI Radeon X1650 Pro 512 MB AGP since it said "dual link DVI" which I had assumed that will work with the 3007WFP. But, I'm not sure. So, I ordered a ATI Radeon X1950PRO 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 AGP which has two DVI ports which I believe the 3007WFP need to do 2056x1600. Am...
