    What about the Thermalright V1-Ultra? As I understand it, that's the best cooler out there (correct me if I'm wrong) - surely the stock cooler won't beat that? I was considering getting one, but wasn't sure how much more of an OC I'd be able to achieve...and they're not cheap.

    Wish List For A G80 System

    Even when the FX-60 comes below $1000, why pay such a premium? My Opty 165 is running at 2.7ghz already, and it's a fraction of the price. I'd get an Opty 170/175 instead and I don't see it as being any less 'ultimate', unless that word's just a euphemism for expensive :)

    Ah, so am I right in thinking that it's a compromise either way? i.e. the Infineon can't hit 300 (so I won't be able to run 1:1) but the Micron, at lower FSB, will have slightly worse latencies than the Infineon would?
