Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
That picture made me look that up, and I wish that was a thing...and I kinda don't want it to be. Look at how much extra crap you'd have to cover the motherboard with to install a high-performance graphics processor alongside a CPU...socketed GDDR5 would be cool though.
That picture also showed...
"Designed to be somewhere between a pure tablet and laptop replacement, the ElitePad 1000 G2 differentiates from rival offerings with unique self-repair features. The tablets back can be opened up to replace the battery, display, webcam, system board, and other components. Tablets are typically...
Ainol Novo 10 Hero. $200, 1280x800 IPS, 10.1 inches, dual core generic chip with a Mali-400, easy to mod, everything supports it, can probably put Ubuntu on it if you really wanted to, since it uses a very common chip. Youtube it, it's pretty nice, I almost got one. I chose the A10 with the...
If you look hard enough, you can find some Ainol Novo 7's for around the $100 mark. They just came out with newer models, so the older ones are discounted. I'm pretty sure they're quicker than the old Nook Color, too.
Hell, Aurora's prices are down to the $120 mark, and those are really nice...
Dual-graphics is a bit hit-or-miss as far as driver support goes, and it's not too great if you're all about benchmarks, but for the price, the real-world gaming performance and modability is great.
Here's a refurb for $300. Better than what I paid...

Ivy i7 + 2 gig 660m (is there a 1 gig?) + 15 OR 17 in. MATTE screen (your choice of size and brands) + 1080p + Optional Blu-Ray slot load + NO GAUDY CASING.
My next laptop, maybe.
What is it for?
For about $400, you can get an Asus K53TA-BBR6; a full AMD dual graphics solution (A6 APU and 6650m). More and more of those set-ups are popping up, but with more recent hardware. That's what I got last year, and it plays pretty much everything I throw at it. HP and Samsung also...
Big question: do they have to be active monitors?
Other big question: do you have a sound card/external DAC?
You can get a LOT for under 300 Euros (my dirty American keyboard doesn't have the euro sign). A thrift shop can net you a mighty fine, if old, amplifier (I found an abandoned very...
I've been trolling this site for years, time to start actually posting.
I just forewent getting a Nexus/Transformer/Galaxy (Apple wasn't even a consideration due to price/iOS) for a thing called an Ampe A10. Uses a quad-core Freescale i.MX6 running at 1.2 Ghz stock and a Vivante GC2000...
First thing I thought when I saw this: E.Y.E.: Divine Cybermancy.
Illuminati taking over the Shadowrun universe while on insane steroids.
I have really high hopes for this game. If it doesn't come out for the PC, I'll never get around to playing it, though. Don't have consoles.
