Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.

I found this tid bit of information in the UEFI Guide

Havent built a PC since 2007 (Core 2 duo 6300).

Would like this to last 6-7 years.
Am I overkilling since I won't be gaming much?
Thanks for any input!

Sorry no heatware. Thanks for responding. I'm doing a new build and really want to go mATX but for a really good deal I would talk myself into ATX.
I haven't been here since researching my last build in 2007, why my post count is very low and I just learned what heatware is.
Good luck selling...

I set jumpers to master & slave. Up and running all drives showing for 30 min's now. Hope this is the solution.
When you say update drivers you are referring to the MB correct? Not sure why, just do not really want to do this. First time for everything I guess.
"memtest" I am not familiar...
The drives are on rubber grommets in the cage so there should be no conductive surface currently. I just got back from Circuit City (but no luck with 92mm fans) Will place order shortly on new egg & have to wait.
Have not even thought about attempting the RAID configuration yet as I need to...
Update:
They disappeared again shortly after I posted this. I am starting to think it may be a motherboard problem. This morning when I powered up they do not show also. May indicate it is not a heat issue.
This sucks!
OK I powered down and unconnected the IDE cable from the MB. Connected it...
