QD-OLED V-Stripe, do these have the sharpest text?

Been Googling around for the new QD-OLED with V-stripe pixels. However I seem to be getting a lot of AI hallucinations for monitors that are not V-stripe. Have they even been released yet? Does anyone have one? If so where do I find them? Are they noticeably better for text than...

Which NVMe SSDs to choose for video editing?

If I decide to use a single fast drive, would it be worth getting a gen5 over a gen 4?

Which NVMe SSDs to choose for video editing?

4K simple videos with not too many effects to start out. DaVinci Resolve. You're right, I may not need a separate cache drive to begin with. But who knows if SSDs are going to cost even more a year or two from now.

Which NVMe SSDs to choose for video editing?

Thanks. I presume you mean sequential read and write speeds?

Which NVMe SSDs to choose for video editing?

Building my first PC for video editing (complete beginner to video editing). I've decided on all my other components and started to buy some of them, but still fine tuning my choices for the appropriate SSDs. As I understand it, the basic internal SSD configuration for video editing would be...

MSI Pre-built with Intel Core Ultra, CPU upgradable?

Just wondering if this MSI PRO DP80 AI A2G-072CA would be upgradable? I'm thinking the chipset is socketed, but not sure. https://www.memoryexpress.com/Products/MX00135878

Do AIOs have a shelf life if unopened?

Thanks. It sounds like it should be ok. I'm reluctant to open it as I am also considering selling it. Easier to sell if it's unused and unopened. I still might end up using it though.

Do AIOs have a shelf life if unopened?

I have an EK-Nucleus AIO CR360 dark that I bought a couple of years ago. It is still unsealed in its original packaging. This model was released in January 2023, so I assume it's been in the box for around 3 years. Do AIOs have a shelf life, and could there be any permeation of the liquid...

It's definitely pricey, but not any more ridiculous than a TRYX Panorama

Is Paralells stable enough to run Windows on Mac as a daily driver?

Update: Decided to sell it. It was quick local sale. Made enough to buy probably an even much more powerful PC. I was tempted to keep the Mac Studio. However, I figured over the long run, it would work out to be less expensive to upgrade a PC over time. And I didn't particularly want to start...

Is Paralells stable enough to run Windows on Mac as a daily driver?

Do you run any office programs on Windows on Arm? That's what I'd be mainly using it for. Also, do you ever have any problems with Windows updates?

Is Paralells stable enough to run Windows on Mac as a daily driver?

Do you find it to be pretty stable? What kind of apps do you run on it?

Is Paralells stable enough to run Windows on Mac as a daily driver?

That's interesting about Office 365. I didn't know a cross-platform device still counted towards 5 devices. Specs for the Mac Studio are: M4 Max 16-core CPU / 40-core GPU, 2 TB storage and 128 GB memory.

Is Paralells stable enough to run Windows on Mac as a daily driver?

I've been reading that Windows on ARM is pretty stable now. MS Office has had a native ARM version for a few years. I'm more worried about the VM itself. But yeah, maybe I'll sell it, or give it to my sister.

Is Paralells stable enough to run Windows on Mac as a daily driver?

Yeah, it's a new Mac Studio. There were a bunch of different prizes to be won, and this was one of them. It'll be arriving in a couple of weeks. I was actually hoping to win a TV and wasn't even thinking of the Mac. I'm both a little excited, and also a little ambivalent about it, since I've...
