I have tried updating the bios it is a core2duo e8500. I have also swapped it with my e8400 and I get the same thing. It runs just fine in windows I just cant o/c it at all because it doesnt save the o/c settings.

I have done a lot of research on coolants and everyone says distilled water and that is the best one that doesnt hold heat. it gets below freezing with distilled water because the pump is moving 365 gallons per hour and that is keeping the water from freezing. but condensation gets really bad...
