Did a memtest86 and both sticks graduated ;)
Tested with different PSU > Corsair CX600 > no good
Tested with different Video card > Nvidia GeForce GTX 460 > no good
Tested with one RAM stick at a time > no good

Both "WhoCrashed" as "BSOD Viewer" only give me dump files from back in dec 2009 when I just bought the system. I returned the memory sticks and replaced them with new (same) ones after which the error disappeared.
In this case I don't get to see a blue screen or anything before it decides to...

I'm gonna do some trial error testing. Found somebody to help me out with a psu and possibly other parts as well. Hope it will work out...
