I am using the 32-bit version and the hotfix works for me. Did not apply any other fixes. Now there is no more stucking at the "calculating time remaining" stage for 10 seconds (or more). Emptying the recycle bin is almost instant now (it takes a minute before, as if painfully moving files...
It may be caused by scanning your music folders at every startup. I tried to set "ignore" to all the music folders BUT you can't ignore the RIP FOLDER. I still haven't figured out how to get rid of the lag yet.
