I'm looking at this motherboard, with the PICOPSU-160-XT and the M350 case. Using the i5 2500t (45w) or the i7 2600s (65w).
http://extreme.outervision.com/PSUEngine seems to think the 160w should be fine for the board including in the calculation the Nivida GT 430, a SSD drive, 2 ddr 3 sticks...
