I actually think it's likely that AMD put out the Phenom II to test out their 45nm manufacturing capabilities. The results look interesting from that perspective. So, while I wish the Phenom II put out better numbers than it does, I wouldn't be surprised if they have something else in mind.

They may not like it, but I don't think they should be allowed to block it. I think we've accepted too many limits on the Bill of Rights as it is. The 1st is about 75% of what it should be, the 2nd about 50%, and the 10th is almost meaningless.
