    The PCI-E will, but it's very tight. I had to remove the fan mesh cover, It still rubbed on the 3.5" drive cage though. The back plate heat sink also touches the case slightly if your not careful. Decided after a week that this was not good, so bought an X850xt PE, much better and bloody fast.

    Leadtek 6800 GT PCI-Express

    I have 2xleadtek 6800gt's. for them to fit into my DFi i had to remove the plastic covering and one of the rear copper plates. I understand that the DFi has the same spacing as an MSI. I can email some pics if you want.
