Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Seems a bit odd for the government to get involved in such a case as this one. Don't see where there is any gain or loss for the gov. Personal opinion is they should've stayed out of it and let it happen, apple screwed over Samsung with its lawsuit with no interruption so it should be fair...
This would be the perfect case to run a silent headless server from in my living room (top of the wifey's center table), but at near $400 I would killed for: 1 buying such an expensive case. 2. placing said case on top of wify's glass table. :D (sigh)
This whole camera talk reminds of the malware that pretends to be the FBI collecting a fine and turns on your webcam displaying an image of you on the screen. I get at least one call a month to remove this on laptops, but if something like it happened on a tv I'm pretty sure my customers would...

SSD all the way if the 6950 is keeping you happy. Once you go ssd you can't go back and you can then hold out till next gen's gpu's as I predict the ssd will keep you very happy and distract you from the idea of a new gpu :p.
If I were you I would give the cpu and the gpu a decent overclock and then hold out for haswell and nvidia's next gen which at this point shouldn't be to far off.
It has the basic usb 2.0, power, power, reset, hdd led. As for usb 3.0 I plan to drop in a pci usb 3.0 card for the front port usb on the case. Hadn't actually thought about checking that, thank you!
Good afternoon everybody, I am getting ready to build a little windows home server box using a machine I have just laying around the house plus some parts I will buy. I was looking to get some advice and suggestions over what I have put togother in parts.
1) What will you be doing with this...
Hello, I'm a clevo/sager owner myself. After looking at the recommended specs i would sat that the 660 would get you by just fine, the game looks more cpu intensive (which is common with strategy games). If you have the money to burn or want some "future Proofing" id say spring for a higher...
I went ahead and picked up a gskill 8gb kit. After installing it I found that I was getting a bit over 4gbs of usage out of the 8gb so the upgrade helped alot.
Thank you for the input everybody!
