Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
I prefer TKL because of the size, and it allows me to place my keyboard in a more comfortable location for my hands.
I am using the Cherry G80-3700 which has vintage black switches. They are a little more expensive and sometimes hard to get. There is a seller on eBay currently selling it...

Krytox GPL 100, 105 & 205 can easily be found on eBay. A mixture of 100/205 works great for linear sliders and 100 for tactile. I've also heard good things about Krytox 103, however that...
Topre switches are tactile. I think the op is looking for a linear keyboard. But if you were to get a Topre keyboard I would recommend a uniform Topre keyboard like the RF 45g, 55g, or HHKB instead of the variable weight one.

If you are not in a rush for a new keyboard then I would wait. The cheapest I have seen the K90 go for is about $75 after rebate. With the release of the K95 I wouldn't be surprised to see the K90 get to that price again or even lower.
If you like the weight of brown switches then I would suggest trying red switches over blacks. Both red and black switches are linear, blacks are just heavier than reds. I started with browns and moved over to reds and I couldn't be happier. But if you could, you should go into a local...
The Overlord X270SE (assuming that's what you are looking at) are hard to get as they are never in stock. Plus they have that ugly logo. But if they are in stock and the logo doesn't bother you, then I would go for the Overlord over the Shimian. Overlord comes with a A grade panel and Shimian is...
