Been laptop only for a few years now. First I had the Asus G73 now I have a Alienware m18x with dual 6970m's... I have no regrets.

I have the international version with a 64GB sdcard installed and don't feel Iimited.

I've got to bite on $199.

I'm still playing Vindictus... The only problem I have with it is the content can be completed pretty quickly and then it takes a while for them to release new episodes. The only lag I've ever encountered has been laggy host. Never anything graphics related.

I have a level 23 character on the east server. Can't wait or the full release so I can see the rest of the content and other classes.

You seem to have what some G73 owners refer to as the PSOD... The psychedelic screen of death. The only remedy is to RMA the laptop for a screen replacement.

A tad bit larger with no curve...

I sold my Q6600/ATI 4890 desktop and moved to a Asus G73 ($1199 at Best Buy) and have been loving every minute of it.

Another person here that can vouch for the awesomeness of the G73... I picked up one of the Best Buy models and have been loving it so far :D:D:D Just to chime in on the GSOD issue.. I'm running newer drivers and have not had a single issue. This is with hours of GTA IV, BFBC2, GRID, NBA...

Picked mine up earlier today... Loving it thus far :D:D

Anyone here with these drivers play Quakelive? These drivers have totally corrupted some of the textures in that game for me.

Very fun game... At this price I almost regret buying it on Steam for 44 bux..

Wow I may run out and get this version if those are the only differences and the screen can possibly be upgraded later... Kinda tired of waiting for this puppy to get back in stock.
