    Don't worry about that, the air is forced out off the case. And although the GTX 590 and HD 6990 exhaust hot air from both sides it shoundn't be the reason to not get one in a SG07/08 build! With my GTX 275 installed (this one) I felt air being forced out through the holes behind the card...
