Guess it's back to the dedicated gpu I was trying to sell. Can't deal with a blurry/sub 60 hz screen.
The motherboard I have has a DVI-D port and should therefore support 1600p60hz over dvi-d.
I have the latest intel drivers and a dvi-d cable (just used from dedicated gpu to monitor without issue) but can't get the monitor to work fully with the igpu. I have the latest drivers ( 20.19.15.4444...

Great card. It's served me well but I want better vr support the new generation will provide.
Card has been kept dust free in a constant 21c environment and has not been overclocked.
