    Yah been alot of 5850 for 309 on newegg lately, even now there's the xfx 5850 for 309 on newegg. With tax & shipping that's almost a 5870 MSRP if I had ordered one months ago from Amazon, no tax + freeshipping. My 4850 is still holding up at least.

    New i7 released today

    I paid $800 for a Intel Pentium 200 chip back in the day. Adjusting for inflation at today's prices it would have been a $1000+ CPU. I think I was around 12 and I worked a summer job for it. Picking up a i920 today at Microcenter for $229!
