Before asking NCASE about Micro-ATX...
This design looks stunning. The side panels (assuming they use the same snap on method) could easily be swapped for windowed versions too, though I like the solid look personally. If this design made it as the mATX NCASE, I would buy it and use my M1 for a bookshelf HTPC and build a beastly rig...- onegaynerd

Looks like the Noctua C12P SE14 has been discontinued, and online stock is dropping fast. I snatched mine a week ago for $50 and the price has already jumped. Yep, a lot of people have been reporting RAM problems until they update the BIOS. I'm going to be testing my luck with a 2x16gb setup on this motherboard soon so hopefully that'll work out.- onegaynerd

Just checked that compatibility list. None of the 16Gb modules listed are actually for sale. Seems like the only board supporting 32Gb of RAM realistically is the Gigabyte GA-H170N-WIFI... The worst option of the bunch :\- onegaynerd

This board is better suited for my needs. The asus z97 board has fewerUSB ports, and fewer SATA ports. I'm also 100% certain on the fit for the mobo + CPU cooler + HDD cage with this setup. SFF Case for mini-ITX GPU/MB
The Lian Li PC-TU100 at 11L and the Ncase M1 at 12.6L are about as compact as you can get and still use the GPU (even a short PCB card). Both cases are similar in size, but the TU100 has significant heat/airflow problems. If your budget allows, the NCase M1 is having it's third production run...- onegaynerd
