    Inquirer: "Nvidia pulls C51 motherboards"

There's nothing weak about it. It's been an issue since the nforce4 was introduced.

    Inquirer: "Nvidia pulls C51 motherboards"

Either call your manufacturer or pray that the corruption issues don't hit you. It sounds like nvidia is recalling more for the dual lan issue than the corruption issue as if they really cared about the corruption issues they would have recalled the entire nForce4 line by now.

ATI Supports VTF.....Just Not On The PC

Keep on praying there. The more VTF is used the more nvidia's implementation will be shown to be irrelevant. Stop being such a !!!!!!, you're giving Rollo a run for his money.

Nvidia recalls C51, Geforce 6150 motherboards

Apparently, the never ending SATA corruption issues continue to rear their ugly heads: http://www.theinquirer.net/?article=27129

The ATI Crossfire motherboard list and URL guide

Sadly, you just don't seem to get it. You don't have the faintest clue about the relevance of SATA II and USB throughput. You continue to parrot the same line over and over. SATA II and USB throughput are not relevant concerns for 99% of the users out there. The USB issue is only relevant if...

Yup, that enhanced shimmering is all good ;)

    Is anyone SM3.0 / DX9.0c compliant?

This is too good for words given the rampant nvidia !!!!!!ism on these boards and on the site in general. The R520 is SM3.0 compliant while the 7800 series doesn't quite measure up in that area. It's just interesting to see all the nvidia !!!!!!s change their tune from hoping that the R520...

    X1800 Temps

Seems the new 5.10a drivers correct temps *and* more importantly, stop that annoying random fan spinup at idle.

It's good for the world that you're not a reviewer as your post shows an alarming lack of knowledge.

The ATI Crossfire motherboard list and URL guide

Well, everything has a flaw or flaws. nForce 4 boards have their fair share. If you're waiting for a perfect board, don't hold your breath because it's not ever going to happen.

The ATI Crossfire motherboard list and URL guide

Raptors don't even support SATA II, they're strictly SATA devices so there wouldn't be any advantage to running it on a SATA II port. Just FYI guys, SATA II brings nothing to the table outside of NCQ (of questionable value on a desktop board) and an increased bandwidth that is not useful...

Do You think the x1800xl will surpass the 7800GT, with new drivers...?

Also, nice to know they are releasing betas when needed instead of waiting until the monthly updates. I'm sure Q4, Serious Sam, and F.E.A.R. gamers using x1x00 cards are quite appreciative right now.

    Hotfix for opengl released

Why would they need the hotfix if they work fine. Besides the ring bus enhancements only apply to the x1x00 series so it's of no value except to owners of those cards.

    Hotfix for opengl released

Interestingly the 8.18 betas also leaked. I'll have to check out both. 8.18s are only for x1x00 series though.
