Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
To be honest with you it probably doesn't make any difference, but to be safe you should set it on top of the box by itself or at the most with the anti static bag or something between it. I don't see the point in even doing that, a piece of cardboard is fine.
That sounds a bit immature. The door problem was a big deal at one point but it is not anymore. Even when it was, Antec replaced each door for free and thereby stopped the only problem the case had.
I agree with that, but i would say thats about it, I dont like the Lazer light much. Its not a clean area of coverage. If you want to know what it will look like in your case, point 3 flash lights at a wall from 20 feet away =]
Cathodes ftw
The clear coat first, and then after a long time, the wax and glaze can be used if nessesary. The clear coat takes quite a bit of time to be ready for that though.
I would go with the lian li personally, the quality is simply unparalleled. It is the best choice in your range. There are cases with more features than the lian li for less than $100 but the thing is you loose the quality and that is the part that will make your build more satisfying.
Here is the situation, I personally have used spray paint in those temperatures with no problem. If the can is somehow defective, and you exchanged it, the next can almost definitely came from the same lot. That means it could well have the same problem..
the only trouble with taking the fan out of the PSU is that it most certainly will not have the right plug on the end (3 pin or 4 pin). frozencpu sells the plugs and pins, and you can just stick one on there and its good to go.
A lot of hard drive silencing products dont seem to work that...
i think you might be more successful if you ask if anyone lives near you. See a forum mates box instead. If a retailer carried them its doubtful they would have one out of box anyway.
