Yep, it IS worth it, in my opinion.

I have a similar system, but with double the RAM. My Barton 3200+ doesn't overclock for shit so it is pretty comparable. I recommend a 6800GT if you can find it. The GT seems to be the right match for an overclocked barton like you have. On the other hand, if you can find an X800XL...
