Did you try setting the ram voltage to what its actually rated at? Default on the ds3 is 1.8 And you dont need a jumper, you just have to short the pins with a screwdriver or something....

You sure the ram is getting enough voltage? Default on this board is 1.8v, i'm guessing your ram is rated higher. Add +.1 or +.2 maybe.
