    nht m-00 is way too expensive, one speaker for 75% or gla-55 price, this is ridiculus. and i'd have to buy two. i'm not that perfect audio fan, so probably i'l buy gla-55 because bose (ver 3 , don't know if 5 has this bad feature) is known to produce a noisy sound very unplesent to ears.

    well, i want to have these pc speakers on my desk next to 24" LCD, altough i do have space for a big 5.1 setup, yet i like 2.0 or 2.1 pc speakers. and those speakers should produce good music/sound, look is not that important.

    there was one complete silent case: Zalman TNN500AF for about $1k but now all cases are very loud, and only way to go silent is to do a proper water cooling.

    the 11161-03-50R has 870 MHz Core Clock, while 21161-03-50R has 875 MHz Core Clock so it seems the 21161-03-50R is slightly better, but why it's cheaper than 11161-03-50R one. i'm talking here about $15 difference.

    wait for new Nec. it'll be released in days. and it's better than wuxi/wuxi2 and even eizo sx models. don't know if it's better than lp2480zx dreamcolor, but this monitor is rather an eizo cg equivalent.
