Please help: Blu-ray audio works fine, but video is a green screen

Sorry, I should have mentioned that. I am using Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit. I'll try the trial of Total Media Theater this evening after work and see how that goes.

Please help: Blu-ray audio works fine, but video is a green screen

Hey guys, So after a couple months of getting parts together and building my first computer I am happy to say that the machine is up and running! But the bad news is that I'm having problems with blu-ray playback :( My goals with this build were to have a decent gaming machine but also have...

60gb SSD big enough for OS?

Wow really? So I could fit WoW and my OS on a 60gb drive with room to spare?

60gb SSD big enough for OS?

Title says it all, I'm thinking of pulling the trigger on a deal for a 60gb ssd, but I'm not sure it's big enough. I'd love to put WoW and my OS on an ssd, but if it'll fit just my OS I could deal. So, is 60gb enough for Windows 7 64bit ultimate?

How to find a matching stick?

So will it be best for me to: A: spend 60 on another matching kit to get 1 more stick with 2 spares, B: Only use 2 sticks for 4gb C: Return to Newegg and get new RAM Or does anyone know if any Sandy Bridge mobos support six ram slots? I wouldn't mind spending 60 on another matching set...

How to find a matching stick?

I recently bought http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820145222&Tpk=TR3X6G1600C9 for the build I'm making. I've since decided to get a Sandy Bridge i7-2600k instead of the i7-950. In doing so, I've been told that I can only do dual channel for my ram. So I have a triple channel...

Help a first time builder out....SB or i7-950....

I already have a set of triple channel ram, Corsair 3x2gb. Would I need to get a fourth stick then? Or will I be only able to run 4gb?

Help a first time builder out....SB or i7-950....

Not for some time. I plan on having the 1 more powerful card power my two gaming monitors and then having a second smaller card to power my blu-ray output to my tv. I would prefer to have the option to add a second card in sli or crossfire for my gaming down the road though.

Help a first time builder out....SB or i7-950....

So are the 1155 boards just as capable as 1366? I thought I read somewhere that they weren't as powerful as the 1366, or weren't as capable at xfire/sli. Maybe I read it wrong. Either way, SB does look promising for me. Are my cooler/ram compatible?

Help a first time builder out....SB or i7-950....

Hey guys, like the title says, I'm working on my first build and I'm stuck on the CPU. I've bought all of the parts except for CPU, mobo, and GPU, in the anticipation that once SB hits I'll make my decision. What I didn't account for is that even with the reviews out, I don't know which is right...
