I bought one of these and have still been playing with setting it up. There are 2 80x80x38 fans that do 100CFM and about 65db and another 60x60x38 fan (which I forget its specs). The thing is loud, 65+db. It idles and keeps about 29'C for temp.

It's not clear from your original post but it sounds like the ifindex is changing. This is not uncommon for network gear. For IOS I believe the command is "snmp-server ifindex persist" Sounds like you want the equivalent for that.
You need the MIB to really accomplish what you want, otherwise the OIDs are just numbers. snmpwalk isn't going to find all the possibilities if you just give it a root OID (.1.3). Every vendor will have value assigned for their enterprise so you need the MIB that corresponds to that vendors...
