Last new GPU I bought was a pair of Titan-X (Maxwell) cards and a Quadro P620 if buying a return from one of those bin stores counts as new. Currently used GPUs (2080 Ti & 3070) were either given to me or purchased used.

ASRock 990FX Extreme9 for my 8350, still have the board, wouldn't mind sticking another 8350 or even a 9590 CPU in it and putting it to some level of use. They also make good space heaters.
